3 Fr. Surcharge on
5F Commercial School Pictorial

Used 30 Oct 1940

Esch-sur-Alzette has issued several beautiful pictorial revenue stamps.  Here’s one that I hadn’t seen before—a 3 Fr. surcharge on a 5 Fr. green pictorial showing the Ecole Industrielle & Commercial in Esch.  I’m curious.  What non-surcharged denominations were issued of this lovely stamp?  Has anybody saved them?  Who was the designer? Printer?
