Colmar-Berg's Last Communal Revenue Stamp

When a friend recently stopped by the Colmar-Berg Commune Office, he was told that use of communal revenue stamps had been discontinued.  So sadly, this strikingly beautiful Colmar-Berg Coat of Arms communal revenue stamp is from the commune's final issue, as the office only had two stamps left! And now there is none.

The stamp is from what was a self-adhesive sheet of ten with control number, as seen below:


What other communes have discontinued using communal revenue stamps?  How do these communes now document tax payments?
